Unprecedented comfort, revealed in photorealistic 3D
For FORVIA Seating's first-ever appearance at ConExpo-CON/AGG 2026, the world's largest construction and mining trade show in Las Vegas, Digiteyes produced a full-CGI 3D film presenting two next-generation operator seats designed for the construction and agricultural machinery sectors. Products described by FORVIA as offering comfort and safety "totally unprecedented, with no equivalent on the market."
The first seat features a robust metal platform with an ergonomic pivoting system, electronic locking, and the exclusive VibeÂź safety alert function that warns operators of nearby hazards through haptic vibrations. The second is built on a heavy-duty modular architecture with replaceable cushion and backrest modules, integrated safety belt technology, and an extended product lifecycle designed to reduce downtime and costs.
Every innovation â massage systems, thermal control, active lumbar support, adjustable cushion length â was modeled and animated in photorealistic detail using Maya and Arnold Render, with final compositing in NukeX. The entire production was delivered in just three weeks thanks to an AI-accelerated workflow covering scenario, storyboard, visual exploration, and voiceover generation.
